Lisa Harwell Woods passed away peacefully Saturday afternoon, November 21st, 2020, surrounded by her family and friends. She was born in Pulaski, Tennessee on September 10th, 1965 and was 55 years old.
She was a loving wife, mother, and friend to so many. She worked at Fafnir Bearing for 33 years before accepting her position as an assistant at the Richland High School and Giles County High School Life Skills Department in which she loved. Lisa loved shopping and loved being a caregiver to her friends in need. She enjoyed trips to the beach and mountains with friends and family. Lisa’s love for others showed in everything she did.
Visitation will be 3:00 to 7:00 Monday, November 23rd, 2020, at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be 2:00pn Tuesday, November 24th, 2020, in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Jones officiating.
The burial will follow in the Wright Cemetery in McBurg, Lincoln County.

She was preceded in death by her parents William Harold and Marjorie Hodges Harwell.
She is survived by;
Her husband Dennis Woods of Pulaski.
Daughter, Abby Woods of Pulaski.
Special friends Jason, Tracey, Madison, and Grayson Foster.
Billy and Brenda Owen affectionally known as “NaNa & PawPaw”.
So many more family and friends who she loved dearly.
