Billie Faye Lawrence Fairley, 84 of Athens, passed away on Tuesday, November 10th, 2020 at Huntsville Hospital. Mrs. Fairley was born on November 7th, 1936 to Arthur Lawrence and Ann Pruitt Lawrence.
Graveside services for Mrs. Fairley will be Sunday, November 15th, 2020 at 2:00pm at Madison Memory Gardens with Chris Moncrief officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 11:00am-1:00pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
Mrs. Fairley is survived by her daughter Pamela Morell (Johnny); son Michael Fairley (Nanette); grandchildren Kelley Hayes (Brian), Garrett Fairley, and Elizabeth Morrow (Caleb); great-grandchildren Logan Hayes, Gunner Green, Lydia Green, Emery Morrow, and Weston Morrow’ sisters Betty Dobbins and Arthurene (Woody) Brooking.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband James Earl Fairley; and sister Patricia Soper.
Mrs. Fairley was a member of Capshaw Baptist. She loved to cook and collected recipes and cookbooks.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Downtown Rescue Mission and American Heart Association.
