Mrs. Johnnie Mae Miller Chambers, age 89, of Thomas Ave., Boaz, Alabama died November 3, 2020, at Marshall Medical Center South.
Funeral Service will be Friday, Nov. 6, 2020, at two o’clock p.m. at the McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Harrison and Bro. John Robles officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Friday, Nov. 6, 2020, from noon until service time at the funeral home.
Mrs. Chambers was born in Alabama on February 22, 1931 to Clifford and Jessie Hayes Miller. She was a retired school secretary.
She is survived by her Husband: Neale Chambers of Boaz, Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Gary & Pat Chambers and Steve & Robin Chambers all of Huntsville, Grandchildren: Marybeth & Wes Davenport, Blake & Dana Chambers, Rachel & Kris Bethune and Katie & Joshua Reed, 11 Great Grandchildren and niece: Mona Lassig. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Clifford & Jessie Miller and Sister: Wilma Dean King
Pallbearers will be family and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be Vann Ballentine, Larry Mullins, and Gene Echols.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Shepherd’s Cove Hospice.
