John Tearl White, 88, of Iuka, MS passed away on Sunday, November 1, 1010 at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, MS. He was born on March 16, 1932 to Arl and Elzie Cole White. He graduated high school at Burnsville High School. He was a US Air Force veteran, a retired mechanic, an avid fisherman and a devoted caregiver. He is survived by two brothers, Perry White (Roberta) of Iuka, MS and Jerry White (Patricia) of Burnsville, MS; two sisters, Dianne White Jenkins (David) of Clarkrange, TN and Connie White Murray of Burnsville, MS. He is also survived by two step-sons, Bobby Stanphill (Regina) of Tishomingo, MS and their family and Danny Todd of Burnsville, MS and his family; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Billy Ruth Bullard White and his second wife, Geraldine Hester White; parents, Arl and Elzie Cole White; one brother, Shearl White; two sisters, Maydell White McDuffy and Barbara White Franklin. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at 1pm at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka. Visitation will be from 12 Noon until the time of service on November 3, 2020 at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be James Morris, Jerry Wayne White, Frank Franklin, Doug Johnson, Bobby Stanphill,, and Joey Johnson. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Donations may be made in Tearl’s honor to Fairview Cemetery Fund.
