Clifton Gene Bowden, 70 of Ardmore, AL., passed away on Sunday, October 18th, 2020. Mr. Bowden was born on January 30th, 1950 to John William Bowden and Minnie Ellen Thomas Bowden.
Graveside services for Mr. Bowden will be on Tuesday, October 20th, 2020 at 2:15pm at Athens City Cemetery with Jeff Drake officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:00-2:00pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
Mr. Bowden is survived by his brother, Wayne Bowden; sister Ludeen Blakely; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents; wife Sarah Geneva Bowden; and several brothers and sisters.
Mr. Bowden loved singing and playing the piano.
