William Blake Austin, age 34, of Decatur, died Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, Parkway. Shelton Funeral Home is assisting his family, who will host a memorial service at a later date.
Mr. Austin was born October 1, 1986, in Decatur, to William Don Austin and Renee Bridges Austin Miller. He was preceded in death by his brother, Adam Almon. Mr. Austin worked in residential construction.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Martin Austin of Anniston; son, Wyatt Ayden Austin of Anniston; daughter, Reese Jewel Austin of Decatur; father, William Don Austin (Linda) of Moulton; mother, Renee Miller (Rudy) of Decatur; brother, Dodd Austin of Moulton; sister, Amy Almon Ferrell (Barry) of Huntsville; grandmother, Sandy Bridges of Birmingham; aunt, Cindy Bridges of Birmingham; and several nephews and nieces.
