Wanda Jean Patterson, age 63, of Phil Campbell, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at North Alabama Medical Center.
Wanda was a loving woman and a wonderful mother and grandmother. She always took care of others before herself and enjoyed life to the fullest.
The visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Bro. Rickey Phifer will officiate the service. Burial will be at Spruce Pine Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Wayne Patterson; and father, William Gene Welch.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Jonathan Strickland (Jessica), Christy Nix, Lorie Liverett (Ronnie), Dustin Patterson (Hollie), Alexis Patterson; grandchildren, Braxton Strickland, Canaan Pounders, Karlee Liverett, Blayden Patterson, Skyelar Patterson; mother, Jo Ann Miller; brother, William “Shorty” Welch; fiancé, Buddy Douthit; and several nieces & nephews.
The pallbearers will be Jonathan Strickland, Dustin Patterson, Tim Maddox, Clifford Ergle, Rob Douthit, and Bill Davis.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
