Clements High School Teacher Charged With Sex Acts With A Student

LIMESTONE COUNTY-On Friday October 9 Investigators from Limestone County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged a teacher for having sexual relations with a student under the age of 19.

Brody Gibson, 26 a sixth and seventh grade teacher and baseball coach from Clements High School in Athens was arrested on Friday afternoon and charged with sex acts with a student under the age of 19..

According to the superintendent of Limestone County Schools Gibson has been placed on administrative leave while the charges are being investigated.

Bond for Gibson has been set at $5,000.
