Earl Wayne Goolsby 71, of Athens, AL died Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Elk River Health & Rehab, Ardmore, Tennessee.
Born Sunday, February 27, 1949 in Taft, TN, he was the son of Thomas Jefferson Goolsby and Louise Moore Goolsby.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Kathy Jo Nave Goolsby; brother, Billy Goolsby,
He is survived by daughters, Shannan Lee (Michael) Kitchens, Trinity, AL and Nea Wynne (George) Sapp, Athens, AL; brother, Kenneth Goolsby; sisters, Kathleen Marr, Esther Golden, Kay Bitself, and Faynell Barnes: grandchildren, Ian Sapp and Megan Kitchens; several nieces and nephews.
No services are planned at this time. Ardmore Chapel is assisting the family.
