Harold “Ed” Dixon, 66, of Corinth passed away at his home on Sunday, September 27, 2020. A private family service will be held at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel on Wednesday with burial in the Wilbanks Family Cemetery. Born January 14, 1954 in Corinth, MS, Mr. Dixon was a retired brick mason and of the Baptist faith. Ed is survived by his son Casey Dixon and wife Jayde of Corinth; daughter, Skye McDonald and husband Tim of Dallas, TX; 2 grandchildren, Layla Dixon of Claremore, OK and Sam McDonald of Dallas, TX; his mother, Mary Ellen Dixon of Corinth; brother, Walter Dixon and wife Zadie of Ripley; sisters, Peggy Wilbanks of Corinth, Janie Horton and husband Stanley of Corinth and Linda Dixon of Corinth; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his father, W.T. Dixon and his brother, Jimmy Dixon. Bro. Billy Moody will officiate the service. Daniel Dixon, Sam Moody, Ricky Moody, Logan Wilbanks, Mark Horton and Stanley Horton will serve as pallbearers. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Harold “Ed” Dixon .
