THE SHOALS-On Friday Johnny Belew brought a real treat to the Shoals.   While he was away  judging the Boswell Media Mississippi Songwriter of The Year Contest in Kosciusko, Mississippi he decided to bring the winning act back to Muscle Shoals with him for a whirlwind tour of music heaven and a recording gig at Wishbone Studios.  Fast forward to Champy’s where the trio Chapel Hart Band led by Dancia Hart along with her cousin Trea and her sister Devynn treated the folks to a pop up concert of some really great vocals and harmony.

From the bands Website a little background on this amazing Trio:

Family is at the heart of New Orleans-based band Chapel Hart. Consisting of Grammy-nominated Danica Hart, her cousin Trea and sister Devynn, the ladies of Chapel Hart have been singing together since they were toddlers in their hometown of Poplarville, Mississippi and their musical chemistry clearly shows. The three singers display inspiring confidence and fierceness on stage and draw upon their family ties to create an unforgettable experience for every audience they encounter.

Having captivated crowds from the Deep South all the way to Eastern Europe, Chapel Hart never fails to connect with their audience in an intimate way.

The Quad Cities Daily followed the band from Champy’s to Wishbone and capture some of the tour in photos and we are pleased to share them with you here:
