Clara Schwartz Scott, age 103 of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at NHC in Tullahoma. She was born in Presto, Pennsylvania on December 22, 1916 to the late George and Martha Marie (Hoyer) Schwartz. Before her retirement, Clara was employed by the Franklin County School System as a teacher at Franklin County High School. When she was able, she enjoyed working in her garden and growing flowers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, H. Louis Scott. Clara is survived by many devoted and loving nieces and nephews.
