FLORENCE– The Friends Bookstore at the Florence-Lauderdale Public Library is open! The bookstore was closed the months of March-August due to COVID, but has now reopened with the new business hours of Monday-Friday, 12:00-4:00pm. The bookstore is limiting the number of shoppers allowed in at one time to five, and patrons are required to wear a mask.
The profit made from the Friends Bookstore helps the library provide more free books and services to the community. The bookstore has a large variety of books at great prices, so be sure to go shop their selection!
