Mr. Billy Ray Cowen passed away September 20, 2020 at his home. He is survived by his son, Charles Cowen (Denise); daughter, Deborah Taylor (Matt); sister, Nan C Cain (Bill); grandchildren, Charlsie Kirk, McKenzie Taylor and Evan Taylor; great-grandson, Waylon Kirk.
He is preceded in death by his spouse, Dorothy Ann Cowen; parents, Everett Wiley and Beulah Cox Cowen.
Pallbearers for the service will be Jack Payne, Gary Gray, Gary Davis and Allen Walker. Bro. Todd Mitchell and Bro. Joel Samuels will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation in Mr. Cowen’s honor to the youth program at the First Baptist Church, Guntersville.
