Ronnie “Jim” Shelton, age 71, died on Wednesday, September 9, 2020.
He was born in Pulaski, TN on May 25, 1949. He was an Air Force Veteran, an Electrical Engineer Manager for Chrysler Public Electronics, a member of the Studebaker Drivers Club, and a member of the National Studebaker Drivers Club. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bessie Alexander Shelton, his parents-in-law, Flournoy and Margaret Leighton May, his grandfather, Kelley Alexander, his grandmother, Ruby Owens, his sister, Judy Shelton, and his sister-in-law, Wilma Johnston.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl May Shelton of Rogersville, AL, his sons, Jeffrey Johnston and wife Jessica of Knoxville, TN, and Bradley Johnston and wife Heather of Goldendale, WA, his daughter, Teresa Sartain and husband William Andrew of Rogersville, AL, and his grandchildren, Adrie, Ryker, Ayla, and Cameron Johnston.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Liberty Methodist Church.
