Funeral services for Billy Joe Parish, 79 of Starkville, MS , formerly of Booneville, are set for Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 11:00am at Magnolia Funeral Home East Chapel with interment in Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, September 17, 2020 from 10:00am until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home East Chapel. Born October 18, 1940 in Alcorn County, MS., Billy Joe passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2020 in Starkville, MS. He was of the Baptist faith. Billy Joe was survived by his sisters, Connie Young and husband David of Booneville and Dorothy Ajax and husband Howard of Memphis, TN ; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Billy Joe is preceded in death by his father, Willie Hugh Parish; mother, Florence Evelyn Talley Parish; brother, Jerry Parish and sister, Patsy Sharon Parish.
