Funeral services for Ms. Evelyn Hart Rhodes age 89 are scheduled for 2:00pm Tuesday September 15, 2020 at Palestine Presbyterian Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Ms. Rhodes passed away Saturday in Lexington. She was retired inspector at Harding Machine and oldest member at Palestine Presbyterian Church. Ms. Rhodes was born March 26, 1931 in Beacon, Tn. to the late Ervin and Eura Mae Williams Cagle. She was preceded in death by two husbands; Nolan “Chum” Hart and Bill Rhodes, one son- Mike Hart, one brother- Raymond Cagle and sister- Mary Williams; Survivors include; one son- Stephen Hart (Janie), 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Family request masks be worn during visiting and funeral times.
