Jewell Dean Johnson Cook, 79, from Danville, passed away Friday, September 4, 2020 at her residence. She was a loving, christian mother who cherished her family dearly.
A private family visitation will be held with a graveside service in Mitchell Cemetery at 12:15 on Tuesday, September 8th.
Jewell is preceded in death by her parents, Webster and Louise Johnson; brothers, James Johnson and Haskell Johnson; and son, James Jones. She is survived by her sons, Lonnie Johnson, Mike Jones, Quintlan Cook; daughters, Diana Wilson, Tina Jones Renaud; sister, Maria DeJaynes; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Rogersville Funeral will be assisting the family.
