Mr. Barnes was born April 29, 1946 and passed from this life September 3, 2020. Billy Joe loved fishing and Alabama football with a passion.

He is survived by his wife, Glenda Barnes; son, Joseph (Cherie) Barnes; step-son, Jeff (Melissa) Nobinger; daughter, Samantha (Michael) Way; grandchildren, Collin, Jacob, and William Barnes; Emily, Kyle, and Kennedy Way; Natasha Barker and Georgia Nobinger; great grandchildren, Dawson Way, Liam Way and Melody Smallwood; and a host of family and friends.
