Funeral Service for Mrs. Priscilla Lynn Scott Mills, age 78 will be conducted Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 2:00pm at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Black and David Mills officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Mills was born on November 14, 1941 to the late David Wilson and Margie Lillian Bagley Scott in Lincoln County, TN. Priscilla passed away on August 27, 2020 at Vanderbilt Medical Center surrounded by her loved ones. Priscilla was a class of 1959 graduate of Central High School and a faithful member of the Washington Street Church of Christ. She was a bookkeeper for Fayetteville Gas System and FPU until her retirement. Priscilla enjoyed Sunday lunches with her family and everyone was welcome to put their feet under her table.

Priscilla is survived by her loving husband of sixty-one years, Dan R. Mills; sons, Daryl (Carrie) Mills of Petersburg and David (Nancy) Mills of Fayetteville; daughter, Dana (Daniel) Eldridge of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Candice Mills (J.J.) Kennard, Cortney Mills (Daniel) McCormick, Katherine (Ben) Whisenant, Jared (Katie) Mills, Reagan Eldridge, Joshua Mills, Ryan Eldridge, Will Eldridge, Carlee Grace Mills, and Callie Eldridge; great-grandchildren, Reese McCormick, E.J. Kennard, Lila Kennard, and Livi Kate McCormick; and sister Mary Scott Farrar. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Judy Scott Dickey.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday, August 29, 2020 from 12pm to 2pm at Higgins Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Riverside Christian Academy, 116 Riverside Lane, Fayetteville,TN 37334.

In accordance with State of Tennessee Executive Order issued by Governor Bill Lee, social gatherings are limited to no more than 50 participants. For your safety we recommend face coverings, 6 feet social distancing, practicing good hygiene, and remaining home if you feel sick.
