Robert Lee Self was born on October 10th 1939. He passed away on August 26th at 8:20 am at the home of his daughter. His son was at his bedside as he stepped into Heaven.
Robert is survived by his wife of 59 years; Cassie Self, Son; Robbie Self, Daughter; Debra (Mike) Moore, 3 Grandsons; Rusty (Gabriella) Self, James Moore, and Leelynd Moore, 5 Granddaughters; Elizabeth (Rusty) Richardson, Kaa-La Self (Jacob), Amber Self (Cody), Brittany Seay (Jason), Tiera Moore, 4 Great Grandsons and 4 Great Granddaughters, 1 Brother; Don (Barbara) Self, 2 Sisters; Annette Woods and Judy Davis, a whole host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Rev. James Self and Mary Self, 5 Brothers; Edward, James, Herman, Clyde and George Self, 1 Sister; Bessie Sauls, 1 Grandson; Chris Moore.

Pallbearers, J.T. Self, Phillip Self, Anthony Butler, Kenny Parrish, Steve Henderson, and Michael Chamblee, Honorary Pallbearers, all family.
Visitation will be Friday August 28, 2020 6-8pm at Carr Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Saturday August 29, 2020 2pm at Carr Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Diamond Cemetery in Warrenton.
