Flat Rock Man Dies After His Motorcycle Leaves Roadway

STEVENSON, AL-On Sunday, August 23 the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency report a single-vehicle accident that has taken the life of one person:

“A single vehicle crash at 4:00 a.m. Sunday, August 23, has claimed the life of a Flat Rock man.

Preston C. Daniels, 58, was killed when the 2008 Harley-Davidson motorcycle he was driving left the roadway and struck a utility pole. Daniels was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash occurred on Alabama 71, 15 miles east of Stevenson. Nothing further is available as ALEA Troopers continue to investigate.”
