Edith Paris 93, of Decatur passed away Sunday, August 16, 2020 at Riverside Assisted Living. She was born August 5, 1927 in Lexington, Alabama to Robert Clayborn Davis and Nola Allen Davis. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother Manton Davis; son, James Robert “Bobby” Letson; daughter, Kay Letson Stevens and husbands James Travis Letson and James A. Parris. She is survived by one daughter, Brenda Letson Suggs (Don); one son, Tim Letson (Jenny); two sisters, Marcelle Conner and Gayle Davis McLemore; also five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 4:00pm Roselawn Cemetery in Decatur with Brother Rusty Letson officiating. Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
