Henry Grady Kinard, Jr., affectionally known as Junior, born November 18, 1943 passed away August 20, 2020 at Tupelo Medical Center. A lifelong resident of Phil Campbell, Junior was retired from the mobile home industry and an accomplished self-taught musician and avid motorcycle rider.
The visitation will be 12:00 noon – 1:00 p.m. Sunday, August 23, 2020 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating at the service will be Bro. Woodrow Taylor. Burial will be at Blue Springs Cemetery.
Junior is proceeded in death by two loving wives, Nelly Harper Kinard and Brenda Clark Kinard. Also proceeding is his children, Wesley, Laura, Kevin and Karen; as well as his father, Henry Grady Kinard, Sr., mother, Ada McLemore Kinard, and sister, Carolyn Latham.
Left to cherish his memory, Junior is survived by his sister, Marie Keller and brother, Jimmy Kinard. Surviving nieces are Tina Keller Cofield, Anita Blackledge, Cathy Swinney, and Amy Gaston. Surviving nephews are Randy Keller, Wayne Latham and Mark Latham.
The Kinard family wishes to think the medical staff at Tupelo Medical Center for the love and care they bestowed on Junior and our family during his sudden illness. We will forever be grateful for the abundance of love and support they gave to Junior in his greatest time of need.
