Joseph “Jay” Kerby

Joseph “Jay” Kerby passed away on the evening of August 4, 2020 surrounded by family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Sue Kerby and his two children, Jennifer Aracri and Col. Jeff and Trish Kerby, step daughter Pam Emmons and her husband Mark Emmons, his grandchildren Madison and Jeff Brooks, Kristen and Mitch Strange, and Cameron and Kristi Kerby and their daughter, Carson. Jay was a Captain and navigator in the Air Force and a veteran of the Vietnam War.  He had a career in the financial industry and on Wall Street.  He loved boats and lived in his various boats in South Florida for many years. He and Sue retired to Iuka 12 years ago. He loved his home and life in Iuka. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. A celebration of life will be held on a later date.
