Ms. Emma Mae Jackson Ms. Emma Mae Jackson of Union Grove, Alabama, was called home on Friday, July 17, 2020 at the age of 78 years.

Ms. Jackson was born on February 24, 1942 in Marshall County, Alabama to the late Lee Shaver and Lorine Quillin Shaver. Ms. Emma Mae enjoyed piddling and doing little things around her home, but she mostly enjoyed gardening, cooking, fishing and spending the most amount of time with her family and her beloved grandchildren.

Ms. Jackson will be forever remembered by her sons; Marlon Jackson and Mitch Jackson; daughters, Melva V. Helms (Joel), Marsha Jackson and Kimberly Davis (Eric); sisters, Patricia Whisenant, Brenda Hipskind (Richard) and Bettie Shaver; as well as 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Jackson is reunited with her husband; Melvin Bruce Jackson; brothers, L.C. Shaver, Paul Shaver, Billy Mars and sister, Vickie McAllister

A visitation in honor of Ms. Emma Mae will take place at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Monday – July 20, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. until service time.

Funeral services will commence at 2:00 p.m. on Monday – July 20, 2020 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at the Mt. Olive Cemetery in Union Grove, Alabama with Bro. Bryan C. Mosley, officiating.

Pallbearers escorting Ms. Jackson to her final resting place will be: Mike Saint, Mike Cappell, David Shaver, Ian Davis, Brandon Jackson and Bronson Jackson.
