Karen Elizabeth Frost Eppard, 55, of Hampton Cove, AL, passed away Friday, July 3, 2020.

She was born on an Air Force Base in Wiesbaden, Germany, and grew up all around the United States and in Canada as a military dependent.  Karen was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister.  She spent most of her career helping others as a registered nurse in the Emergency Room, more recently as a nurse at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, and working with friends at GrifGrips.

Of most importance to her was her husband and raising her two sons.  She loved to travel with her family, and was ready to got at the drop of a hat.

Karen was preceded in death by her father Stanfield Frost, Jr. and is survived by her husband of 27 years, Marc; sons, Matthew and Jonathan; mother, Mary Jeanette Frost; father and mother-in-law, Floyd and Sylvia Eppard; sisters, Stephanie Frost, Jennifer George (AJ), and Melanie Hoyt (Stuart); sister-in-law, Amanda Davis (Jeff); nieces and nephews, Adrian George, Christopher George, Benjamin George, Amelia George, Mary Catherine Allen Frost, Caroline Hoyt, Jack Hoyt, Jacob Davis, and Morgan Davis; her beloved dog, Rosie, and also many cousins and good friends.

A memorial service will be held at St. Mary’s Church of the Visitation Catholic Church, at a time and day to be announced.
