Archie Edward Boyd, Jr., age 71 of Winchester, passed away Monday, June 29, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Archie E. Boyd, Sr. and Matilda Elizabeth Wallace Boyd and a sister, Sylvia Peele. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Boyd; son, Eddie Boyd; grandson, Bryan Boyd of Huntland; two sisters, Judy Oldenburg of Wisconsin and Ocena Leary of Washington, NC. Visitation will be Thursday, July 2, 2020 from 9-11 am at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11 am in Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Shane Scott officiating.
