Saundra Nell Joslin Morgan, 79, passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2020 at Limestone Health Facility. Mrs. Morgan was born April 11, 1941 to James Byron Joslin, Sr. and Christine Pearl Presson Joslin, who predeceased her.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, John E. Morgan; children, John Kyle Morgan and Kristine Elaine Morgan-Tracy; grandchildren, John Winston Morgan, Kiersten Marie Morgan and Emily Minh Morgan-Tracy; great grandchild, Ainsley Ember Marie Webber; and siblings, James Byron Joslin, Jr. and Debbie Ann Joslin Lewis.
Mrs. Morgan received a B.B.A. from Mississippi State College for Women. After college she worked as an accountant, teacher and business owner. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, and a friend to everyone she met. She enjoyed playing bridge, taking walks in nature, and spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Morgan was a member of Mt. Carmel Church of Christ in Athens, AL.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations in her memory be made to Mt. Carmel Church of Christ or the Alzheimer’s Association.
