Jean Woods, age 87, of Albertville, Alabama formerly of Sardis, died June 16, 2020.
Funeral Service will be Friday, June 19, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Alan Hallmark and Bro. David Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Friday, June 19, 2019 from 11:00 am until service time at the McRae Funeral Home Chapel. The family expressly requests the use of facemasks and strict adherence to social distancing requirements.
Mrs. Woods was born in Alabama on February 9, 1933 to William & Ada Rice Naramore. She was a retired educator.
She is survived by her Daughter & Son-in-Law: Mary & Chris Meeks of Albertville, Grandchildren: Caleb & Lauren Brown of Huntsville, Chase & Ali Brown of Southside and Brandon Meeks of Texas, Great Grandchildren: Grayson Brown and Everlee Brown, Brother & Sisters-in-Law: Shelton & Sharon Naramore of Cordova and Betty Naramore of Jasper. She was preceded in death by her Husband: Orvel “Buck” Woods.
Pallbearers will be: Chris Meeks, Caleb Brown, Chase Brown, Brandon Meeks, E.R. Brown, and Keith Watson.
