William Allen Barrett William Allen Barrett of Pulaski passed away Thursday evening, June 11th, 2020, at his home in Pulaski surrounded by family and friends. He was born on November 27th, 1944 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and was 75years old.
Allen was a graduate of the University of Texas El Paso. He was a retired soldier in the U.S. Army, a retired Baptist preacher, and an active member of the Giles County Republican Party. He enjoyed fishing and playing golf. Mostly Allen enjoyed being with family. He was a wonderful loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will truly be missed by all of us.

Visitation will be 3:00pm to 6:00pm Monday, June 15th, 2020, at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

The funeral service will follow at 6:00pm Monday, June 15th, 2020, in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory with full military honors.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years Brenda Joyce Barrett. His parents Richard Thomas Barrett and Dorothy Mosley Reeves. Sister, Linda Faye Dantzler. Brother Richard Thomas Barrett, Jr. Brother-in-laws, Bobby Lasseter and Rick Wolpert.
He is survived by his;
Daughter, Kelly (Mark) Hall of La Vergne, Tn.
Son, Toby (Kathi) of Murfreesboro, Tn.
Grandchildren, Shelby Kelsey Hudgens, Eric Allen Hudgens and friend Haley, and Dane Allen Barrett. Great Grand Daughter, Foster Joyce Hudgens.
Sisters, Judy (Dave) Lasseter Palumbo, Sandra Nadean Barrett Arnette, Kim E. Wolpert, Brenda (Mark) Hawthorne, and Susan K. Barrett.
Brother, John David (Billie) Barrett.
Brother and sister-in-laws, Connie (Jerry) Galloway of Pulaski. Carla (Robert) Potts of North Carolina. Debbie (Chuck Rowland) Bunn of Pulaski. James Daniel “Bud” Stewart of Pulaski. John Calvin “JC” (Ruth) Stewart of Pulaski.
