MORGAN COUNTY-On Sunday, May 17 the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency issued a statement concerning a single-vehicle accident that has taken the life of a Hartselle man:
“A single-vehicle crash at 3:55 p.m. Saturday, May 15, has claimed the life of a Hartselle man.
John Keith McNutt, 54, was killed when the 2001 Ford F-150 he was driving left the roadway on Holmes Drake Road and struck a tree. McNutt, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash occurred three miles west of the Lacon community. Nothing further is available as ALEA Troopers continue to investigate.”
