LIMESTONE COUNTY-On Monday evening, May 11 the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office responded to a Shots Fired call in the 15000 block of Mill Valley Drive.
Authorities from the sheriff’s department say a 33-year old man was found dead in the driveway of a home on Mill Valley around 6PM on Monday evening. The victim had been shot multiple times.
According to authorities this was not a random shooting but a continuation of an ongoing situation from earlier in the day.
Deputies do not have a suspect in custody as yet but it does appear the victim knew the shooter. The Sheriff’s Department says this is an ongoing investigation and more information will be released as the investigation proceeds.
