Mrs. Elsie Wilma Banker Potter, 72, passed away Thursday May 7, 2020 at Cumberland House Hospice in Crossville. A Van Buren County native, Wilma was born on October 8, 1947 to the late Kate Banker and she was a member of Midway Church of Christ. Wilma is survived by her loving husband; Tommy Potter of Spencer, son; Lynn (Tammy) Potter of Spencer, grandchildren; Tyler Potter and Lyndsey (Dalton) Bryant of Spencer, brothers; James (Ann) Banker of Spencer, Billy (Betty Joe) Banker of Spencer and Bobby (Leecoe) Banker of Baxter. Funeral services will be held Saturday May 9, 2020 at 1:00pm in the Layne Chapel with Bro. R. C. Christian and Bro. Kenny Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Spencer Town Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday May 8th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am till time of service at 1:00pm.
