4 Arrested in Jackson County/Stevenson Drug Raid

JACKSON COUNTY-On Tuesday, May 5 the Jackson county sheriff’s Department issued a statement concerning several drug arrests that took place on Monday, May 4:

“On Monday May 4th, 2020 members of the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, along with uniformed Patrol Deputies and Officers from the Stevenson Police Department, executed a search warrant on Steamplant Road in Stevenson, Alabama. Inside the residence Deputies located four adults and three juveniles. The adults were detained and the residence searched. During the course of the search, investigators located Methamphetamine, Marijuana, “Spice” (Synthetic Cannabinoid), baggies, fake urine, unlabeled prescription pills, smoking pipes, a “bong” and syringes in various rooms of the residence. DHR was contacted and came to the scene, where they released the children to relatives as part of a safety plan. The four listed adults were all transported to the Jackson County Jail and booked without incident.

 

Arrested in connection with this investigation were:

 

CONSTANCE LEEANN WALTERS,

CONSTANCE LEEANN WALTERS, age 33, of Stevenson, who was charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance/ Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance-/”Spice”, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Illegal Possession of Prescription Medication. WALTERS remains in custody on a $10,600 bond.

 

ROBERT SHAWN WHITE

ROBERT SHAWN WHITE, age 33, of Bridgeport, who was charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance/Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Loitering in a Drug House. WHITE was later released on a $5,600 bond.

 

WILLIAM GAGE PHILLIPS

WILLIAM GAGE PHILLIPS, age 22, of Stevenson, who was charged with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. PHILLIPS was later released on a $300 bond.

 

BRITTANY DANIELLE PRITCHETT

BRITTANY DANIELLE PRITCHETT, age 22, of Jasper TN, who was charged with Loitering in a Drug House. PRITCHETT was later released on a $300 bond.”
