FLORENCE-COVID-19 Response Update: Florence Utilities will resume late fees and disconnections on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.

Florence Utilities customers must bring past due accounts up-to-date or call the Collection Department at 256-760-6525 to make payment arrangements immediately. Late fees and disconnections will resume on Tuesday, May 26th. City Hall lobby is currently closed, and bills may be paid through the drive-thru, dropbox (Short Court St./Side entrance), or online at https://ebiz.florenceutilities.com/.
