Mr. Johnny Rushing, age 77, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2020 in Parsons. He was born March 24, 1943 in Henderson County to the late Claude and Ruby Etheridge Rushing. He was retired from Johnson Controls. He was preceded in death by his brother- Clyde W. Rushing. Survivors include his wife Barbara Rushing, Amanda McDaniel (Ricky), Sister in law- Marsha Duke (Jim Johnson), nephew- Michael Goff also survived by Jessica Ann Hendrix (DJ), Jessica Wallace (Dustin), Kyndalyn and Brennan Wallace. Private, family only graveside services for Mr. Rushing will be Monday at Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Because of the Covid-19 concerns and respecting the 10 or less group size, for the safety of everyone’s family there will be no visitation or services at Pafford Scotts Hill Chapel.
