JACKSON COUNTY-On Thursday evening, March 19 the Jackson County sheriff’s Department released a statement concerning the arrst of a suspect who has bee charged with several counts of Sexual Abuse of a child:
“On Wednesday March 18, 2020, Benjamin Adam TINKER, age 33 of Higdon, AL. surrendered himself to the Jackson County Jail on outstanding Indictments which were returned by the March 2020 session of the Jackson County Grand Jury.
TINKER was charged with Four (4) Counts of Sex Abuse of a Child Less Than 12 Years of Age, One (1) Count of Rape 1st Degree, and One (1) Count of Enticing a Child Less Than 12 Years of Age for Immoral Purposes. These Indictments stemmed from an investigation conducted by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office with substantial assistance from the Dade County Georgia Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia Child Advocacy Center.
These crimes allegedly took place in 2010 and 2011 in Jackson County, Alabama and involved two (2) female victims. TINKER remains in the Jackson County Jail on $60,000 bond.”

There are not enough penalties given to these perverts to make them want to stop. All they ever get is a slap on the wrist. I’m ready for Live I prison or death for these crimes. Disgusting!!!
