Patricia Ann Teal Slaton 76 of Boaz passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at her home
Her Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Friday, February 14, 2020 at Boaz Carr Chapel with burial to follow at Geraldine Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 until 8 Thursday at the funeral home. Rev. Fred Nichols will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Matthew Chandler, Shane Teal Shane Fowler, Phillip Fowler, Ronnie Justice and Josh Justice.
Mrs. Slaton is survived by her Sister: Joanne Patterson, Brothers: Teddy Ray Teal (Jeannie), Richard Teal, Several Nieces and Nephews. She is preceded in death by her Husband: Newell Slaton, Parents: Claude and Beulah Teal.
She was a member of Walls Chapel Church of God.
