Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Oakley Spain, age 78, are scheduled for 1 PM, Friday, February 14, 2020 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Scotts Hill. Interment will follow in Scotts Hill Pentecostal Cemetery. Mrs. Spain passed away Wednesday at her home. She was born June 22, 1941 in Perry County to the late Johnny and Mary Quinn Oakley. She was a former Decaturville Sportswear employee. She loved karate in her younger years, was always helping her husband, and loved reading and traveling. She was preceded in death by her sister, Brenda Dickson. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Mr. Max Ray Spain; two sons, Chris Oakley (Joy) and Donnie Spain; and two grandchildren, Skylar Hall and Brent Oakley.
