Mr. Larry James Jett, age 56, of the Union Hill Community in Morgan County, Alabama passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020 at his residence.
Mr. Jett was born in Marshall County, Alabama on December 19, 1963 to the late James Paul Jett and Pearlie Mae Fowler Jett. Larry lived a very prosperous life, he was self employed in the construction business, working as a concrete finisher. Early on in his life, Larry enjoyed activities such as; fishing and camping.
Mr. Jett is survived by his son, Kyle B. Jett (Paige); daughter, Brandy Allbritton (C.J); brothers, Jerry Jett, Terry Jett, Doyle Jett (Iesha), Danny Jett (Mollie), Edward Jett, and Larry Olinger; sisters, Carolyn Bray (Rafford), Janice Dye (Tony), Elaine Wood (Homer), Glenda Jackson (Buddy), Susan Branhan (Loin), and Cindy Moore; grandchildren, Mikul Jett, and Macaela Jett.
In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in death by his brothers, Phillip Jett, Jimmy Jett, and Dwight Jett; sister, Brenda Jones.
A visitation to honor Larry’s life will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at the Brindlee Mountain Chapel in Morgan City from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Funeral services for Mr. Jett will be at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at the Brindlee Mountain Chapel in Morgan City with burial to follow at High Land Cemetery with Bro. Jeff Mims officiating.
