Brenda Joyce Barrett Brenda Joyce Barrett of Pulaski passed away Sunday evening, February 2nd, 2020, at her family’s home in Rutherford County surrounded by family and friends. She was born on July 7th, 1948 in Pulaski, Tennessee and was 71 years old.

She served as a coordinator for the Jerry Lewis Telethon for Muscular Dystrophy. She was the church administrator at First United Methodist Church in Pulaski for 34 years. She loved sewing and traveling, but most of all spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Visitation will be 1:30 to 2:30 Saturday, February 8th, 2020, at the First United Methodist Church in Pulaski.
The funeral service will follow at 2:30pm Saturday, February 8th, 2020, at the First United Methodist Church in Pulaski.

She was preceded in death by her parents James Daniel “JD” Stewart and Margueriette Collier Carvell.

She is survived by her;
Husband of 55 years, William Allen Barrett of Pulaski.
Daughter, Kelly (Mark) Hall of La Vergne, Tn
Son, Toby (Kathi) of Murfreesboro, Tn
Grandchildren, Shelby and Eric Hudgens, Dane Barrett
Great Grand Daughter, Foster Hudgens
Sisters, Connie (Jerry) Galloway of Pulaski. Carla (Robert) Potts of North Carolina, and Debbie (Chuck Rowland) Bunn of Pulaski.
