Nancy Lee Fulp Davis, 92, passed away Monday February 3, 2020 at her residence. She was born on March 13, 1927 in Sophia, NC to the late Roy and Ruby Johnson Fulp. Nancy was a Registered Nurse and was employed at Vanderbilt Hospital and worked for a private Doctor for many years. She has lived in Spencer for over 25 years and attended Trinity United Methodist Church. She is survived by her son; James Scott (Terry Ann) Davis of Spencer, daughter; Debby Leigh (Howard) Creech of New Smyrna Beach, FL, brothers; Charles Fulp of Thomasville, NC and Robert Fulp of Trinity, NC. Nancy chose cremation for her final disposition. Per her request there will be no services or visitation. Her cremains will be interred in the family plot in North Carolina.
