Funeral service for Richard Carbon Todd, 94, of Hanceville will be at 2 p.m., Friday, December 27th, 2019 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Bethlehem Methodist Cemetery, Rev. Paul Rivers officiating.

Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Todd passed away Tuesday, December 24th, 2019 at his residence.  He was born April 13, 1925 to Howard Pearl & Laura Bell Presnell Todd.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers and sisters; four grandsons, daughters, Bonetta Rainey, Tammy Hutchens; step-daughter, Sharon Scott Harp; step-son, Mark Scott.

He was a member of Hopewell Church of God and was a promoter of Southern Gospel Singing with J & R Ministries for many years.  Everyone in the community loved him. He served his country in the US Army and was a WWII Veteran.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Jeanette Todd; son, Anthony (Martha) Todd; step-son, Kent Scott; daughters, Helen (Kermit) Johnson, Ginger (Grayson) Dickens, Margie (David) Cordes; step-daughter, Rose (Jonathan) Langston; host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-grandchildren; family and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday evening at the funeral home from 5:30 – 8 p.m.
