Mr. Billy Ray Evett, 52, of Scottsboro, died on Monday, November 11, 2019.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Carpenter officiating. Burial will follow at Sisk Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Evett is survived by his wife, Cindy Posey Evett; daughters, Deanna Evett and Megan Waldrop; son, Corey Bean; granddaughter, Kayli Ward; sister, Katie Hastings; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Maxine (Harrison) Evett.
