Marilynn Blackburn Morris, 83 of Hulaco released her spirit to God on November 10, 2019. Mrs. Morris was born on April 8, 1936 to George W. and Vera Bush Blackburn in Clinton, Indiana. She was married to James D. Morris for 52 years who proceeded in her death in 2006.
She dedicated her life to caring for patients even her retirement from Marshall Medical Center North on February 14, 1998.
In her younger years she, her husband and children traveled all over the United States seeing the beauty of our country. Her favorite state was Ancorage, Alaska in which the family stayed in for 6 years. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Arthur Bolduc, Betty Lark; sons and daughter-in-law, Arnold and Sue Morris, J. Danny Morris; grandchildren and in-laws, V. Randy and Wendi Johnson, Vicki Lark, David and Susie Morris, Susan Cash, Danny and Angie Morris, Candice and Mike Henderson, James and Misty Morris, Robert, Jamie and Raymond Davis; great grandchildren, Bryana Johnson, Mikayla Johnson, Amanda Morris, Elizabeth Ricker, Bradley Cash, Blake Cash, Malissa Morris, Matthew Morris, Lauren Morris, Mercedes Henderson, Cameron Henderson; great great – grandchildren, Bryson Johnson, Sylvee Johnson, Nyomi Johnson, Jocelyn Harris; brother, George W. Blackburn, Jr.. Preceded in death by her daughter, Rae Jean West; son, Michael D. Morris.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at Logan Roadhouse restaurant in Huntsville, Alabama on Airport Road.
