David Andrew (D.A.) Johnson Jr., 90, died November 4, 2019. Visitation will be today from 4-8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until service time at Shackelford’s Funeral Home, Collinwood. The service is Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Balentine Cemetery, Lutts, Tennessee. He was a member of the Cloverdale Church of Christ.
