Graveside memorial service for Rickie Harger, age 67, of Decatur, who died Sunday, October 27, 2019, at his residence will be Saturday, November 9, 2019, 9:30 a.m. at Barrancas National Cemetery. Shelton Funeral Home is assisting his family with arrangements.
Mr. Harger was born March 28, 1952, in Newport, RI to Orville Victor Harger Jr. and Wilma Helen Graves Harger. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served in Vietnam.
He is survived by his nephew, Gary Locke Jr. (Gail) of Decatur, and his niece Susan McDaniel of Fort Meyers, FL.
