Marshall County Teen Dies In Two-Vehicle Accident Friday November 1

MARSHALL COUNTY-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a two-vehicle accident that occurred on Friday, November 1 that has taken the life of oneperson:

“A two-vehicle crash at 8:30 a.m. today, November 1, has claimed the life of a Marshall County teenager.

The teen was driving a 2004 Mitsubishi Eclipse that collided with a 2017 Freightliner tow truck driven by Robert Brandon Scroggins, 36, of Scottsboro. The teenager was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Freightliner was not injured.

The crash occurred on Simpson Point Road two miles west of Grant. Nothing further is available as ALEA Troopers continue to investigate.”
