He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Eddie James and Mrs. Christine Summerhill Shelton; and one brother, Mr. James Shelton.
He leaves a family that loves him so very much; one daughter whom he adored, Ms. Cassidy S. Shelton; one sister, Ms. Jacqueline Shelton; one uncle, Mr. William H. Hamer of Atlanta, GA; two nephews, Mr. Kyle Shelton of Atlanta, GA and Mr. Trevor Shelton of Florence, AL; one special cousin, Mr. Lloyd Mixon Jr.; one special friend, Mrs. Sharon Busbee and a host of relatives and friends that loved him dearly.
